Accreditation Master Agreement: an agreement signed between an accredited entity and the GCF that is a pre-requisite for the disbursement of funds for a GCF-approved project. It contains the general terms and conditions applicable to all GCF-funded activities of the AE including conditions precedent to disbursement, fiduciary standards, and privileges and immunities.
