This study was designed to make a case to (primarily municipal) desicion-makers in Grenada about the benefits of potential instruments for reducing the amount of litter, especially plastic bottles, that end up in the sea. Accompanying the presentation of potential instruments are proposals and guidance regarding their appropriate design.
