The Government of Grenada has formally submitted its Third Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC 3.0) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), reaffirming its commitment to a climate-resilient, sustainable, and low-carbon future.
Covering the period 2030–2035, NDC 3.0 sets out Grenada’s commitment to reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 40% below 2010 levels, conditional on international support, while advancing priorities in renewable energy, sustainable transport, climate adaptation, disaster resilience, food and water security, and environmental protection.
The Ministry of Climate Resilience, the Environment and Renewable Energy invites all stakeholders and the public to review the document and support national efforts to build a greener, safer, and more resilient Grenada.
