This Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) outlines the measures to be taken
during project implementation to address the risks/impacts and mitigation measures identified
in the ESIA. It addresses the allocation of institutional responsibilities, cost and implementation
schedule showing links with the overall project implementation plan as well as the required
reporting procedures.
