This Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) has been developed under the Caribbean
Efficient and Green-Energy Buildings Project (CEGEB) supported by the World Bank, under the
responsibility of the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) at the regional level, and the
Grenada’s Ministry of Climate Resilience, the Environment and Renewable Energy (MCRERE) at
the national level.
