The Organisation of the Eastern Caribbean States Commission (OECSC) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Caribbean Efficient and Green-Energy Buildings Project. The OECSC intends to apply part of the proceeds for Investment-grade audits and detailed design of Energy Efficiency Measures (EEM) and Distributed Photovoltaic (DPV) systems in Public Buildings and Facilities in Grenada, Saint Lucia and Guyana.

The objective of this assignment is to conduct Investment Grade Audits (IGAs), compliant with ASHRAE Level 3 standards or equivalent, for selected public buildings in Grenada, Guyana, and Saint Lucia, in order to identify, evaluate, and prioritize Energy Efficiency Measures (EEMs) and Distributed Photovoltaic (DPV) systems for implementation.

The assignment will support the preparation of investment-ready interventions for approximately 250 public buildings.
