The purpose of this ESIA is to ensure that the installation and operation of the proposed microgrid is carried out in an environment friendly and socially benign manner according to national and international standards. This document should be used as a guide during project preparation and implementation to ensure that environmental and social concerns are integrated into planning, implementation, and monitoring of project supported activities.
